The switchboards can be manufactured according to the projects developed by our specialists on the basis of the technical specification of the Customer, as well as according to his projects.
The scope of the switchboard is industrial, public, agricultural, commercial and other buildings and structures, including metal structures with increased electrical safety requirements. At the request of the customer, the switchboards can be manufactured in a hinged, floor-mounted or built-in design with various degrees of protection, as well as taking into account the possibility of safe operation in various climatic zones.

The production of the main switchboard is conditionally divided into several stages. At the first stage, the company's specialists, together with representatives of the customer's side, coordinate and form the terms of reference. After that, calculations of all equipment parameters are performed, as well as diagrams of external and internal connections are drawn up. Often the customer independently decides on the choice of components of a certain brand, but the manufacturer can advise options with the most appropriate parameters for a particular case.

At the next stage, the switchboard is assembled in the workshop. A ready-to-install GRT is delivered to the installation site. Next, all the necessary wires and cables are connected. These actions should also be performed by specialists, since errors at this stage can lead to negative consequences. At the end, a quality assessment is carried out, which includes a comprehensive inspection, insulation control and verification of protective equipment.

A comprehensive check consists in determining the level of compliance of the manufactured device with the original documentation, all diagrams and drawings. Electrical wiring is being checked. Checking the insulation involves connecting all devices except those that can not withstand the voltage on their own. This check is considered successful if there is no breakdown or arc discharge between the elements of the electrical panel.

The evaluation of the protection means consists in checking the protection screens on the current-carrying elements. In addition, the presence of a zero conductor, grounding conductors, as well as contact washers in the connection nodes is checked. The assembly of the GRS is accompanied by a number of features that are taken into account by specialists during the execution of production work.

The design of the main switchboard is characterized by a multi-panel layout, and the panels can be designed for both one-way and two-way maintenance. If the customer's project implies the presence of a single input, the device is equipped with an input and linear panels. If the presence of two or three inputs is implied, the GRSCH is equipped with introductory, linear and sectional panels.

In the production of panels, panel metal structures are used, which greatly simplifies subsequent transportation, installation, and maintenance. This is due to the possibility of disassembling the housing into individual elements and changing the circuit of electrical circuits.

The main requirement to be met by the housing of any type of GRSCH is resistance to electromechanical influences. Depending on the features of operation, enclosures with different degrees of protection are produced.
